RPR, an exclusive REALTOR® benefit and the nation’s largest property database, just got stronger and easier to use. A new Learning Menu, which resides within the navigation, went live in early April.

RPR users will now be able to access learning videos, articles, FAQs and more, while they’re accessing deep real estate data, running property reports, and prepping to “wow” their clients.

Although RPR is quite intuitive and user-friendly, the new Learning Menu will really come in handy when users need a little hint or nudge to help them complete a task on the website. This self-directed knowledge source is offered via a pull-down menu, described below.

realtor safety program

Helping NAR members understand the risks they face through knowledge, awareness, and empowerment.

 About the REALTOR® Safety Program

Knowledge. Awareness. Empowerment. These are the core components of REALTOR® Safety. And helping our members understand the risks they face can mean the difference between life and death.

To help remind us to know the dangers we face every day, to be aware of our surroundings, and empower ourselves with precautions and preparations so that we can avoid risky situations, and as part of NAR's ongoing efforts to keep our members safe, we dedicate September to kick off safety efforts. This is just the start of our commitment to empowering our members. NAR has also developed REALTOR® Safety materials for use throughout year, including:

• New webinars on REALTOR® Safety, presented by industry experts.
• Quarterly safety messages focusing on seasonal tips for on the job and at home, sent to Associations and brokers to share with members.
• Expansion of client safety materials and resources

Customize Your Safety Strategy

Many of the materials provided here are meant for AEs and brokerage offices. However, you can develop your own safety strategy if you work in a smaller office. The full safety presentation can be broken out into three separate sessions, and you can add the banner ads, widgets and other content to your home page. Let other members know about the free webinars, videos, forms and more.

REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within three-year cycles. Background on the change to a three-year requirement is here. January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2027
January 1, 2028 – December 31, 2030

I already took a Code of Ethics class, but it is not reflected on the NAR's website. What should I do?
