Membership Applications
**New Applications: Choose the application type, fill it out, then download, complete & push the submit button!
– Your application needs to be filled out properly, have all the required signatures & payment information.
– You can submit it In-Person at the HDAOR office at 11890 Hesperia Rd. Hesperia, CA 92345 from the hours of 8:30am – 3pm/ Monday – Friday or you can submit it online by pushing the ‘submit’ button and emailing it to Rosemary@hdaor.com.
– We require a Letter of Good Standing from your current board along with your application. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
– Appropriate fees must accompany all applications. Processing can take up to 72 hours.
– The applicant will receive an email with the log-in information after processing. Questions? Call us at 760-244-8841.
REALTOR® Application
This application allows you to join as the following:
Designated REALTOR®/ REALTOR®/REALTOR® SECONDARY
Licensed Broker joining HDAR as the Broker of Record for an REALTOR® office. Salesperson (and Broker Associate) joining HDAR under a REALTOR® office. REALTOR® or REALTOR®-Salesperson joining HDAR for REALTOR® Secondary benefits and MLS access (holds REALTOR® primary membership concurrently at another REALTOR® Association).
MLS-Only Participant
This application allows you to join as the following:
MLS-Only Broker/ Salesperson/Appraiser
Licensed Broker/Salesperson subscribing to the HDAR Multiple Listing Service. Licensed Appraiser subscribing to the MLS (search access only)
Affiliate/Affiliate Associate
What is an Affiliate Member?
it is an Individual who works in a real estate “affiliated” business such as Title, Escrow, Lending, Inspection, Staging, ect.
Unlicensed Broker Assistant
This application is for unlicensed individuals acting as an assistant to a Broker. This application must be signed by the Broker of Record or an authorized Office Manager.
Unlicensed Agent Assistant
This application for unlicensed individuals acting as an assistant to a Salesperson. This application must be signed by the Broker of Record or an authorized Office Manager AND the member whom you will be assisting.
