The High Desert Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN) is excited to open nominations for the HDAR YPN Rookie of the Year Award 🎉

This award honors a newly licensed REALTOR® who is making a real impact through professionalism, leadership, service, and commitment to their clients, community, and our Association.

✨ Who can be nominated?
✔️ Active REALTOR® member in good standing with HDAOR
✔️ Licensed and joined HDAOR within the last 24 months
✔️ Served on an HDAOR committee or task force (attendance met)
✔️ Not a previous Rookie of the Year recipient

📄 Submission includes:
• 2 recommendation letters from REALTORS®
• Closed transaction list
• Optional 2-minute video sharing their REALTOR® journey
